In the mayors contest, assignment reads "Upgrade Limestone Cliffs Zone (0/1). What does this entail doing. I have tried expanding, adding various items to the zone but assignment still not completed. What does it take to complete this assignment.
Might be a silly question, but did you click and select the assignment first?
Happened to me a few times where I forgot. Upgraded the building or launched a disaster, then only realised I did not select the assignment in the first place.
Maybe the text is different, but is the same task of upgrade building as others. To complete you need to upgrade one cliff building, referring to that yellow helmet on top of a cliff building. (I've already done it and that's how works)
