Missing Simcash from Offers

I've completed several SimCash Offers and they all show "rewarded" in the status. The company, Tapjoy, has also confirmed that the offers have been completed and rewarded and there should be no problem. Several days have passed. However, I have not been given the rewards.
The only clue is that when I close out the SimCash Offers, there is a message that says "Thank You. Completed rewards will be claimable from messages." What does that mean? Which messages? Where? How?

What is going on? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling too.

  • I have the same issue. I've reached out to TapJoy support and they keep telling me it's a known issue with the SimCity Buildit app and to file a ticket with EA. I've filed multiply tickets and still have yet to receive my rewards.

    I had the very same issue not only with one game but with others. Apparently, the problem is in SimCity, not TapJoy. 

    I sent an email as they suggested to [edit: email address removed] with my complaint, which led me here. 

    I got this from the e-mail:

    Nope, I just stopped playing cuz it annoyed me. Never got it.

    My case was solved, they give you the reward like once a month and at once. I got like 4k in one day, all the sim cash that was missing. Now I have more missing and I'll wait.

    Same here. ALl of my pending SimCash rewards were received this morning. Hopefully they resolved the issue because anyone who completes the offer within the required timeframe should receive their reward within the timeframe specified in the instructions.

    I redownloaded it and now everything came through so they must have fixed it.
