Hilalorifam , buona sera! You mean Design Contest (Epic projects beings something else entirely). Once one round ends and a new one starts, the title of the new one is displayed. So, right now it’s Historic City. Not sure if this answers your question? Even if you win the most votes in one round, other players might have accumulated more votes in total for the season. I think they display the winner at your level, who has won the most votes in total, out of all contests running in parallel.

My original hidden city project is now called historical city… (You can spot the UFOs landing site, that’s why it’s a hidden city eheheh). The votes, as you can see in the circles I’ve made, are different from the results of the competition. I’ve also attached my new real historical project, plenty of monuments in it.
Looks like a bug, indeed. I can imagine that 143 is your cumulative score. Yet the average score of 0.0 is not possible. And, like you said, the title is wrong..
