Mountain and beach expansions

To spend thousands of real dollars or simoleans?

Now it is a good time to expand your beach and mountain areas, people!

People are only unloading beach and mountain areas due to needing the storage space for the Mayor's contest.  Beach and mountain are more expendable than Land and Storage.  Although, during some of the contests I've even noticed an increase of Storage items, but not as much as Beach and Mountain.  Near the end of the contests I notice the storage items for sale dries up and you find nothing for days.  At least that's how it's been with me.

Maxed out at 500 storage the other day yet I still get Storage Tokens from Balloons. Made someones day yesterday when I dropped 46 storage tokens in one Market they probably thought they died and went to Heaven, or maybe Valhalla or wherever they feel paradise may be.
