my cities water, sewage, and power services

Hello Sim City Build It Forum

I have a issue with my cities water, sewage, and power services.  One moment everything is working fine and then the next moment it shows that its not working. I have a lot of bridges in my city and I think there is bug in the bridges that is preventing my services from reaching the residential zone. Before all of this happened I changed my city a little bit by adding a row of lakes and ponds to the first 2 spaces on the Main Side where the Entrance is. Everything got moved over 2 spaces as I kept the same design and all my services have double the capacity needed.

Is there a Limit of how long a bridge can be before it can't function properly with services connecting to residential zone's?

I'm level11 with a 169,595 population

I sent a report to SimCity BuildIt staff and got a reply with information I already knew, I felt it I was given a automated response from the "support worker" and gave him a bad score for how he answered my Issue's concern. I have a strong feeling its a bug or glitch on their end

    I may not be correct, but I think if the sewage/electrical/etc. is too far away from the residential zones, they may not work. Once again, I’m not completely sure, so I recommend doing some research on it.

    Hello Mayor, thanks for contacting us. Here’s what you need to check if you’re having service issues in your city.

    When service warnings and complaints appear, tap your service menu to see if demand is outstripping capacity. Do you have more residences than your current service buildings can handle, and your demand/capacity scales have tipped into the red? Is an unhappy residence outside the green protection area of your existing service buildings? To keep your citizens happy, safe and well in your growing city, build more services to increase overall capacity or move your existing service buildings to ensure you have the best area coverage plan possible.

    But what if your capacity and coverage is fine, but your citizens keep complaining?

    An incomplete road network is the number one cause of service complaints. Both service AND residential buildings must be perfectly connected to each other by road, as the road network provides the access for emergency vehicles and the route for piped services to travel beneath.

    Remember - if a car couldn't drive from the front door of your service building to the front door of your residential building, then no services will be able to reach that building either.

    Make sure you haven't accidentally stranded your buildings and citizens by tracing your roads with your finger and making sure there are no loops or unexpected dead-ends where the asphalt is not a smooth, continuous line. Check each intersection and junction to make sure they're not accidentally blocked by sidewalks. Draw any extra road necessary to make your roadways complete, and your service troubles will be over! Your citizens will happily move back into abandoned buildings by themselves as long as services are provided for them."
     
     
    It doesn't mention anything about the distances between services and residential zones , I researched this issue and can't find a resolve for my situation.

    Has your city returned to normal yet? There can be a lag when you do a lot of changes and the 100 returns. Best idea I have is to go to police to see if all connected,you will see only police,then check each service,you may find your answer there. Do not forget to check government as well as sometimes it will show one building just under the green. Try moving it to another lot.

    I have 50 or more control net spots. I am having to upgrade all of them. I will be forced to demolish a lot of buildings and redesign. This is ridiculous. Leave control net as is. It's taken years to get all these buildings upgraded.
