My city under attack bug or something

I’ve noticed something unusual in my city, i can not purchase from G depo, i can not access my other reagin when i trying the app is closing and i  wanted to ask if others are seeing the same thing or if this is a bug:

    App was a horrendously slow yesterday and crashed frequently.  Better today.

    Yes.  Connection issues here too.  I have to keep restarting the game

    Same ! I was trying to buy credit and the app crashed.  I play it with an iPhone and you ?
