My simcity account has been band

I have been waiting for an answer for way to long this is a complete joke I just want my old city back what ever is wrong with my city someone your endd9ne it as I have had this account for years never had an issue until someone your end cloned mycity when it had become unsynced I was told to make a new city reach level 18 then u would use that even though my citywas still in my team when I rejoined this was about 6/7 months ago and I'm sick of chasing you to get a bloody reply your customer service is unreal please undowhat ever was done to block me or just give my old account back as I keep saying I wouldn't have the first idea of how to hack a city I hate the cheats on here itstook mea lot of time and real money to upgrade my hits ur customer service member just repeats them self over and over like there a broken record this case needs to clearly go higher up the chain so put my account back how it was before you broke it or iwill take this matter further I have a copy of all the rude and despicable messages I was sent from your team member I don't need anyone to get blamed or in trouble I want my account back working fully as it was before you broke it here is some more of the convo ur team mate spills out the same junk over and over

Use or distribute unauthorized software programs or tools (such as "auto", "macro", hack, or cheat software), or use exploits, bugs, or problems in an EA Service to gain an unfair advantage.

As per your query, you've violated the rules by manipulating the disaster card levels in the game. There are several ways of using cheats/hacks a player could apply while playing the game, and it is not possible to pinpoint the source. However, the most common ways are game modification, and unauthorized software programs or tools.

With that being informed, if you wish to continue the gameplay then start building a new city by reinstalling the game from App Store. Please ensure to connect the new city with an unused social account i.e. Facebook or Game Center.

I would like this fixed ASAP again I don't care how my account was broken I just want it back working then we can leave the matter there please do not leave me hanging for days or make me have to keep chasing a response from you iv work in customer service for about 20 years and never heard of this way of dealing with customers

  • @EA_Aljo When I check my ban history it says nothing there and Prakhar helped me ages ago when my account had become unsynced from Google play he told me to make a new account and he would sync that but what ever they have done to chlone it now there saying my account is hacked witch wasn't the case before they chloend my account and I have spent years building my attacks up from buying cards from your war store costing me a lot of money (real money) so as you must understand I'm not will for some to break my account then accuse me of cheating when I wouldn't have a clue of how you do that have complied about cheats on here for years if you check all my chats and messages to your self's I do not see the point but for someone your end just to remove my account after somone your end broke is discussting as iv stated I have had this account since simsbuild first came on here so again you must understand my frustration every time I try to resolve this issue Prakhar just reply with the same messages over and over I'm not getting any help what so ever and again this is a discussting way to treat a customer I just want my account back working properly how it was before they broke it please
