My Simcity account has been deleted. I could not start where I left off again.
My Simcity game has been delete. When I loaded is again. I could not reach. Where I left off. I saved it to my google play account.

This happened to me when my tablet needed to reboot. I contacted tech support and they found my city and managed to connect me to it again by starting over at the tutorial and then connecting to GooglePlay and choosing the correct city. My Player ID changed however and I lost connection to my Mayor's Club but that was a small price to pay to get my city back since I had played for over four years and was at Level 36 with two regions.
Try this email address and report your lost city but be sure to have some details like Player ID, level, name of city and Mayor's Club and anything else that can help them identify your city. Good luck!
