- Anonymous10 years agoSo far I only know you earn neosims when you have Omega Zone houses. Haven't gotten any neosims from Omega Labs yet. If that is even possible.

The only way is from building Omega houses. Its like tax revenue and you get around 100 per house per day. Yippee!

I love the update, but I am very disappointed at the imbalance between how slow you get neo sims to the prices you have to pay for things. I was working up to buy another droid station, and went to the mall to check for items that I might use for my next home upgrade to help speed the money along. well, I accidentally touched a part of the mall, and bought, I think, a tv, and it ate up a good portion of my neo sims just as I was getting close to getting enough for that next droid station. I was not happy about that. I feel that if you are going to sell normal items in the mall, either allow us to use either currency, allow us to use regular sims for those, or use the mall for just neo goods.

I dont understand why normal items are sold in the NeoMall in the first place. Isnt that why we have the Trade HQ? And since the normal items are soooo expensive and the rate of earning NeoSims is sooo slow, who in their right mind would pay 4000 neosims for storage bars? Make the NeoMall for Omega stufff only or eliminate it and sell Omega in the Trade HQ
Anybody check the price to upgrade to MagLev roads? One of my streetcar roads would cost 44,000 NeoSims to upgrade. At the rate we're going I look forward to enjoying the MagLev maybe in 2021...

You may also get offers to buy certain Omega items you have in stock, much like the offers you get for regular goods. Check your towers, drone bases, and the bank from time to time.

I have received some of these offers. They have been averaging around 220 neosims per. To buy them in the NeoMall has been averaging around 1200 neosims
I think it was J Paul Getty who said the way to get rich was to buy low, sell high. SCBI seems to subscribe to the opposite theory

I agree, the NoeSim rate is highly imbalanced. I also hate the regular items in the neo mall because any mis-tap and you get hosed.

That's not all! Awful as it is (more than 40,000 for a road upgrade, you said) one cannot actually accumulate such sum in the neo-bank -- the bank will only take 8,000 and afterwards needs to be upgraded also (several times, I presume, since 40 is 5 times 8 🙂)
The limited neo-money a player can have on him, I think, is the reason for the unreasonable pricing of all the items in the neo-mall -- once a player hits his bank-limit, he will need a place to dump the excesses!

Well, the items the game offers to buy back from you not only strangely priced but also strangely chosen: the offers usually would be for the items you need for the next upgrade. I don't believe it's a conspiracy, but often this randomization is not working with the regular items also, as you probably noticed. We need some means of deliberate exchange!

You can always spend 100 simcash to buy the piece you need on the fly. Thats two and a half times what a beach expansion piece costs under the same circumstances. Or 100 to refresh the NeoMall?
Again, they have accomplished their goal because there is no way you can play in NeoLand without spending simcash which costs real money to buy
