New 10 year update issues and loyalty rewards

Question

When will the bug fix happen on the 10 year anniversary update? Removed a few bridges for now but am still going to be having cascading problems.

Also if it's the 10year anniversary I must have been playing since nearly day one!

Do you think they should have some loyalty rewards to celebrate the longtime players?

@91b2c228a4b6ed20 The bug appears to have been fixed on mine, there was another update released this morning.

As for the 10 Years thing, for sure they should, there should be no premium buildings in the so-called 10 Year Anniversary Collection for starters.
That's just to fleece us out of more money.
So sick of it here now, they should know how long a city has been running for from our Player I.D. and reward our loyalty accordingly.
They did that before for something and it was not a random tree that was awarded lol.

I can't remember what it was for though 🤔

Ever since yesterday evening when I was given the 10 year anniversary award my city is almost destroyed! &nbsp;Homes are vacant. Many say they don’t have utilities services or fire, police or health! &nbsp;What is going on ?
