New Mayor Challenge Task Structure

With the recent update, the task list has changed dramatically. There are now three sections and each operates a little differently than the others. In the header bar for each section, the number of tasks for that section is shown (as 0/3 for example). 

The top - daily assignments - is limited to 3 of 5 tasks within the designated 24 hour period. Once you complete three tasks, the other two are blocked out and cannot be completed until refreshed by the game. 

The middle section - weekly assignments - are the milestone tasks and they work similarly to previous. The change here is the number of milestone tasks that are available at one time has increased to 10.      

The bottom section - bonus assignments - are the old fashioned tasks. Select it to complete it. The change here is that you can select and complete more than one bonus assignment at the same time.
