New train stations and new bolt for upgrading buildings

I am trying to find out where you can acquire the new bolt/nut item needed for upgrading residential buildings. I did the train station update and am now unable to progress in the game due to the new...

@Somniator_somni I really get annoyed when the customer service people say "Let me share with you" as if they are sharing some important secret.

I do not want the trains period based on what is being developed. I do not know how to convey this to EA without sounding rude.

Helpdesk has 5 keyboard shortcuts, always the same answers, play it for 8 years, so i have seen some answers.
