New train stations and new bolt for upgrading buildings

I am trying to find out where you can acquire the new bolt/nut item needed for upgrading residential buildings. I did the train station update and am now unable to progress in the game due to the new...

You can purchase bolts, conductors hats and lanterns with the train currency which you earn from loading the trains and then having the trains depart from the train stations.

So you mean we have to make a railroad and after it starts servicing ill be able to buy bolts?

    I just refresh the build requirements. I don’t imagine I’ll ever do the silly trains.
