@bosscat365 i may be wrong in this, but how full is your omega storage? i'm sure you only get city offers when your storage is over half full
ok, that sounds like it . im at 12 items in 25 unit storage, it just stopped giving offers, so if i get one more item, i should start getting offers. i will test this out.
