I have the same problem, but my storage is 34/35. I have a COM task taking forever to finish as I have to wait for the housing bubbles to come up. I only make 1860 per 24 hrs.
I found my answer. I had an Epic Project going at the time. I was going to settle for a Bronze Token, but went to Gold. Then an Omega offer popped up and I finished my COM assignment.
