No reward in COM

Hi! I am having a big problem right now. I have been in contact with support but they cant help me. I am very active in COM and mostly comes in top 6 in my leauge. This last COM that ended December 30, I came in second place. Should have gotten 1000 simcash, golden cheetas and platinumkeys. I never got the reward. I did get the club reward, we got legendary. But not the leauge reward. I wrote to support. In the answer he says they have investigated and can see I got the reward. I wrote back and said I havent. They answered again and said, Yes I have. And thats why I am writing here to you. I did not get the reward. Once again (its been alot sence november) the game is having a glitch. And you blame me/us (I know other also have this problem). The result for me is, I am so very very sad, angry and dissapointed. I left my club (I can go back, they are the best) and I stopped playing. But that is not what I want beccause I really enjoy this game. But if I dont get the reward that I really been working hard to earn I cant continue to play. I mean thats why I compete in COM. To get the reward. And if they can claim I got the reward why cant they say what I spent the simcash on? I did not get the reward and its not fair. The game has a new glitch, fix it.   • @SunnyEbbaLi  I appreciate your frustration and really wish there was a way to assist on this end, but there’s not. Perhaps an EA Community Manager can forward the concern and maybe get a second look...so I’m telling you what you already know - but I do empathize with your situation.

    The purpose of my response is to simply ask if you love your club and really enjoy the game why would you walk away? Yes, EA has some major issues to address but you’re really only punishing yourself and your club members by taking this action. If you decide to continue, I suggest you be proactive and take a quick snapshot of your sim cash right before the end of CoM so that you have tangible evidence in case the situation occurs again. For what it’s worth I hope you decide to continue competing and playing the game with your club. Good luck.

    I am so sorry that you are feeling frustrated, let down, and maybe even a bit angry. 😟 I wish there were a way I could fix this for you. I would like to see EA maybe copy and paste the "proof" they have that you accepted your CoM winnings and send it to you in an email/private message; if indeed such evidence exists. If not, I would love it if they would simply just add your winnings to your account. In other words: I wish you the best outcome possible!😉 I DO agree with @PinnacleValley  though, COMPLETELY. Rejoin your club and continue playing the game; maybe with the agreement that you're going to take some time off from CoM and launching war attacks, (assuming you ever were), and concentrate on earning simoleons, making items your club members need, and completing war shipments and repairing war damage in your city to earn useful war items to sell to your teammates. Maybe even take some time to redecorate your city. 😎 I have learned, over the years, that sometimes you just need a break from CoM and that there really are so many other interesting aspects of SimCity BuildIt. Just relax and enjoy! Remind yourself that this game is not a job. Play when you want to and do something else when you find the game is stressing you out. Have fun! Don't allow ANYTHING to ruin, or to stop you, from doing what makes you happy. Carry on.
