No sound in game

I checked my settings in the game and it doesnt have sounds turned off in the game settings. I checked my phone and sound is playing correctly in other apps.

ive tried toggling the settings off and back on, and restarted the game. Still no sound.  It happened since i tried playing yesterday and the game loaded with what sounded like audio from an advert playing in the background while i viewed my city.  I ended the game process and restarted it but theres been no audio since
