I'm not a fan of the shield buster, although I admit that if used in a decent manner, it's probably okay. But if used over and over again up against the same city in a matter of minutes, it's just silly.
My club has played 4 wars since the attack was introduced, and the first team we played used it against us like crazy when none of us had the attack. The last 2 wars we've played, 3 people in my club now have the attack and a few people in the teams we've played have also had the attack, but no one has used it.
