No to shield buster
I write this as a loyal Sims buildit player. Spend countless hours and real dollars. Sims does not care about us. We give them our time and money. And they slap us in the face, while forcing us to c...
@509153303 You make a very valid point and I don’t begin to understand or quite honestly even try...it’s just like someone that shows up to compete in a war and their total mission is to grab a lead and hide and then promote themselves as brilliant strategists. As my friend Modern Thinker summed up very well it is your responsibility to keep them out of the bubble which obviously takes a little strategy and focus...never lost to a turtle team while participating in a war game but never walked away without a headache and constant frustration being shared by very good folks that just came to compete. I do understand why the top clubs are forced to resort to this tactic but I don’t understand the commitment of time and economics that some invest to reach the pinnacle...I understand it’s there day in the sun, but I just can’t quite grasp it. So for the individual that said you think you know everything here are some examples to prove your hypothesis incorrect...
@BlazinsZ BlazinZ my friend, don’t let the poster boy for the “strategy” concern you (although I believe he’s getting a challenge for that honor?)...the suggestion concerning not allowing a mayor to carry war items or any other item from one club to another is ludicrous...the legal ramifications of such an action would be catastrophic...EA is a lot of things but stupid is certainly not one of them. This proposed action would penalize honest players that earned their items and for whatever reason decided to give another club a chance (having assisted a few folks find a new club I’ve heard a lot of those reasons). I offered a proposal for a seven day moratorium on changing clubs after joining a new one in the thread “Time to shift the paradigm” along with a couple of unique opportunities...but the “strategy” boys aren’t interested in solving the issues they created, just want to get rid of the shield busters so they can get back to hiding - appears to me the sun is beginning to set on this tactic and it’s time to use a little creative thinking which shouldn’t be a problem for “intelligent adults” - seems to me a good place to start is to learn that the true “fun” in any contest is the competition and not the results.
