Have you tried the troubleshooting steps listed here? Only carry out the uninstall/reinstall if you're 100% certain your game is associated with your GameCentre account otherwise you'll lose your game completely if you uninstall/reinstall.
Have you also tried signing out completely of GameCentre and then signing back in to see if that makes any difference?
Have you a second device you can sign in to GameCentre on to see if it's your GameCentre account that's causing the issue or the app/game that's the issue?
I have tried all of those. Also signing out of Game Center doesn't work either.
- I can play in airplane mode so it is offline but I can't sell anything offline. If I go back online it crashes again.
