Odd lines in city...Bug?

It actually looks like some sort of developer's tool.

Lines are gone for now.

I play with IOS and never experienced myself. 

That bug is frequently reported from bluestacks users, so maybe it only happens for Android users?

The bug doesn’t seem to have a big impact but I imagine it’s annoying! Wonder what triggers those lines.

I've never seen or experienced this before. The neon lines did not interfere with my gameplay at all other than yes, they were annoying.

Maybe they do only appear on certain Android versions or Android version/device combinations.

I'll send a ticket to support via the zendesk.
