OMEGA Homes or EPIC Homes?

Which home should I focus building for maximum population, Omega homes or Epic homes? Which one of those gives me more population "boost"?

I’m having this same problem. While I enjoy the look of epic buildings WAAAAAYYYYY MORE than Omega homes, I’m focused on obtaining omega services for my entire city & regions…..
