Omega Quirks

The new buildings look futuristic and cool. No second thoughts about that. However certain peculiar aspects have been observed by me...

1. Consecutive price increase

Let me remind everyone who hasn't yet reached level 30. Every time you purchase some utility or provide some service to your buildings, the price to purchase them again increases exorbitantly. These are purchased with the help of neosimoleans which you can get from your residential buildings everyday. This is similar to getting tokens. Will require lots of patience still somehow manageable.

2. Absurdly low income from omega buildings

You get 100 neosimoleans from each omega building everyday. This is very low and also while purchasing items from the neomall, the items' price increase in an immoderate manner. I believe this will happen more and more once you unlock more storage or upgrade more buildings or start earning more neosimoleans. However the neosimoleans you get from each building increase with time ..so still manageable.

3.Storage

We start with "15" storage which we increase over time. However there are over 7 different items since there is no provision for selling these items in the Global Trade HQ; if you fill your storage before expanding, you may either have to spend money or wait for one of these rude surprises(Point 4).

4.Selling your items via pop up bubbles

They are selling 3 items for 332 neosims. Now this really makes me angry. This is plain rude and greedy.

5.Storage expansion items switched

One very unique feature is each time you expand your storage, the items required for storage increase change for the next expansion; not necessarily all of them, one or two. This is the same for the neobank amount increase.

Very concise write-up of the Omega "Quirks" and a good starter guide.

You should mention that Omega Items are not sell-able in Trader HQ.

And an addition to your point regarding income from buildings: You net 100 neosimoleans for your first upgrade, 130 neosimoleans for your second; for your final upgrade you end up with 200 neosimoleans (per day). This may not mean much except for the fact your first upgrade requires only one Omega Item while you final upgrade requires at least 6 and usually more. Meaning your first upgrade provides incredible value relative to every other upgrade. So if you're interested in maximizing the potential for neosimoleans your best bet is to build as many Omega homes as possible and only upgrade them one or two times.

Thank you for reading, I didn't know 200 was the final amount. Building as many Omega buildings is what I have done. I have built 19 Omega buildings and currently earn 2160 neosims per day. Now lets just hope I don't run out of patience.
