Hi.......were can i recived this park to my game.? I have not found it in my game but many have this park already. How much too buyit?

Well that's unfair. I have spent actual money on this game and they can't even give me a thanks.. How many other people have spent more than I have and ea won't even acknowledge them.. Way to go ea.. Us your fans have been spending money for years on your products. And you don't even care. Good for you...

It goes deeper than that. Like you I have spent money as well and just about every month EA takes a little bit of the Simcash that I bought out of my account. This has been going on for several months now.
EA's explanation is that "I am making the mistake". They tell me I am not shutting down the game in the proper way or I have mistaken Simcash for Simoleans. You know the tech team does not understand when you inform them of a problem and they turn around and tell you its your fault; its like they are calling you a liar. Great EA I am a liar.
Do the techs not know anything about customer service?
And as for the free Plumbo Park and free Simcash... I have two cities on two different devices that are independent from one another - I received the freebee's on one city but not the other.
I would step outside the box here and say that my bigger city has: over 4 million Simoleans, 580,000 Sims, over 2000 Simcash. My cities services are so far ahead of my current population that I could increase the population by 50% without spending one more unit of currency. This leaves me to concentrate every day at making Simoleans and how to grow the city with a slow sound strategy.
And EA wants to tell us we are doing something wrong? Just what we should expect from a big conglomerate corporation.
