Pathetic Customer Service

I have twice opened a ticket for missing progression on Chicago missions. Each time, I received no response except for a message stating, "We haven't heard back from you, so we're closing this ticket. If you still need help, choose New Conversation from the options below."

Um, what? Not only do we get no help with in-game issues, but now we're blamed for Support's inaction. Somebody make it make sense.
