Penalise for not able to do 3k war tasks

Since we just done the war several hours ago I got this 3k task but not able to do it for 16 hours and add the 12 hours to that to do a 3k 3 attacks, I thought it would not effect the other 2k and 3 k tasks but all getting is 1440 and lower only had one decent task which was seeds for 1800. So why am I been penalised for not able to do the 3k wars task? This has been for the last 2 weeks whenever I get a 3k war tasks all the other I am feed is 1200 to 1440 for the last 5 tasks since it was fed to me? Now I got 1440 feeds  and working on my last 7 task and with them poor averages only going to end up if am lucky with 95k while the others are getting at least over 100k. Ok just letting you know is this going to be a trend if not able to do the 3k war task get penalised with low points tasks? In that case looks like my winning days are over. Lucky I manage to get promoted to every league and I did however in the metro league got 2400 averages. That might have been my last win.
