Playing on new device

I broke the screen on my previous phone and have switch to a new device. I have downloaded Sim City Build it but whenever I open the application it starts a new game. I have gone to my old device and saved it via Google Play. I can see my achievements and neighbors on my new device  via the Play Games app but whenever I open, it still takes me to the new game. Once in the new game, I do not see where I can log in to Google play to access the existing game
