Premium Plus Mayor's Pass Rewards Change

I like the extra slot in the Factories and the other pluses, except some of the rewards after tier 42.

Why only x10 Gold Tokens instead of x10 all 3 kinds of Tokens? Why have x10 the 3 Mountain Items that can on be used in 2 areas or sold when the 3 types of Storage items can be used in all parts of the game? Now Storage items are harder to find with the 3k points for Storage upgrade added to COM, a few more storage items makes more sense.
