Price of omega service buildings

Dang! I fear the day when my city gets big enough to see those kind of prices!

Yes the pricing algorithms for omega infrastructure is very challenging.  I am not anywhere near your cities resources, but I highly doubt they are going to top out at any price in your future.

@the_real_dri Seriously? The most i have had to pay for one was 75k-ish. I have 53 Omegas so not as much as yours, obviously. 300,000 neosims? That's just ridiculous. I am now questioning my plan of making the section beyond the ridge in Frosty Fjords solid Omega. The snow and the silver of the bldgs would look stunning, I think. But that much for a drone base? Not happening!

Right now my next wave of Omega Infrastructure Items are 60k Each.

If I wanted to purchase a new Large Control Net tower, I have to spend 84K neosims.

They are pricey as your city grows!  I haven't been able to give thought to a Regional City getting Omega Infrastructure yet.

@NewGoodland  I have 2 cities, 3 regions open in one, 2 in the other. The later are basically finished but I am leery of opening another right now.

Stalled on the Omegas in 2nd city. I never seem to plan it right. I was only going to do one block of 16 but that didn't make enough neosims so I started another. I think that will all for that city.

Frosty Fjords snow is too enticing for words.i see a vast field of shiny blgs tween mtn & sea. Don't see paying 300,000 for a drone base. 🙌 

If Newgoodland exists in the ariel space above Oldgoodland, I know how to get there on i70. Been thru at least 50x. Almost like home. Mine is in the Queen City to the west, holding up the mountains.

Thus far I believe the deluxe drone and deluxe control facilities may indeed cap at 300k, however utilities like power and water don’t.  If they have a cap it’s higher.

I’ve built about 5 each of drone and control buildings and expanded omega homes to match, all the while that 300k price has held.  So either that’s the cap or it’s a large and unprecedented bench.

Just did a 300k omega power.  Next is 310....no end in sight. 

So, as of April 25, 2023 I’m spending more than 500K per Omega service building.  The dumbest and most ludicrous thing about it is this: the price for control centers and drone centers are fixed just like many other normal features in the game.  But whatever inspired these developers to just keep charging outlandish prices for Omega services is beyond me.  There seems to be no rhyme or reason to anything about the Omega content.  You can only buy items in the Mall.  They cost extortion rates to buy.  When the game delivers a text bubble that says you can sell Omega items, it is rarely more than 1k per item when it may cost you 8k in the Mail to purchase. They did a good thing by offering speed up centers for the Omega item production side.  But they completely missed the boat by suggesting that I only want 1 Omega item and 2 normal items every time I spend 7k to replace a tube in the Omega factories. With 10 Omega factories that is 70k per tube if they all need replacing.  It is such a cash drain.  The cost of service items continually going up is ridiculous. I have upgraded my Omega bank to be able to collect up to 600k before I have to spend any of it. I have enough Omega homes to collect almost 500k every three days.  At this rate, if I want to update my regions to be in line with my Capital having only Omega service buildings, it will take maybe 10 years to accomplish.  Will I even still be playing this silly game in 10 years?  There is so much I really like about this game.  It is shameful that the developers care so little about their gamers that they continually just add content or experiments in the game that cost people real dollars.  So… if you are really listening, and you are looking for input… you know how to find me right?  Of course you do. Here’s a good example of a * move by the developers: Ad based factory. What a joke.
