@never2old2game You give me way too much credit…I get lucky now and then. You shared the best advice by recommending contacting technical support, it’s the best way to resolve the problem.
@BigOldMan1959 N2O2G is correct, Bluestacks is not supported…at least the last time I looked into it. I wish both you and @SuccessfulCity good luck in getting your cities back up and running very soon.
I managed to solve this by changing both internet connections I was using to a third one. It seems the need for internet is much higher than both the internet subscriptions I was using were not enough at that moment.
So my advise: change the network in case something similar happens to a better speed one.

I do not know the reason, but last night the connection with the Simcity Buildit server was restored on all devices (via Blustacks too!) and everything works! In my village in the far Russian region there is no "third", fast network, there is only 3G and 4G with a speed of 8-15 Mbit/sec, but now everything is working well again. Thank you for your support!

Thanks so much for sharing how you problem solved with the community!🙂 It will likely help others who run into the same problem.👍
I'm really glad you're back online and I hope you're doing well in CoM this week! I can totally relate to living in an area with limited connections as I live in a small town/remote area, too. It's not exactly the ideal situation for anyone who enjoys playing games that require an internet connection, but we make it work the best we can.😉
Thank you both for returning to the forum and posting on this Topic (thread) that all is well now. Much appreciated!👍

@never2old2game Considering the view, I’d take the limited WiFi… 😎
