Question about Mission Complete And Club.

In the first Picture , my can't mission completed.

I use my phone and tablet both are not completed this mission.
When I checked this buttom , this app keeps crashing.

In the second picture , my club is New PTT-Team3.
But I quit this club , And Not controlled by me.
I didn't use any cheating program.
Why I quit my club and I Can't find my club.
 
第一張圖片是我今天解不了的任務
我用手機跟平板都不能完成任務
我按下領取後，app會閃退
 
第2張以後的圖片是我的俱樂部
但是我離開了俱樂部，且不是我按離開、也不是被踢出俱樂部，之後也搜尋不到原先的俱樂部.
我也沒用任何的作弊程式
請問是什麼原因造成的？

    @SIMCITY_JasonLin Hello. if you can’t find your club, you are probably send to the hacker server. 

    did you use 15 golden tickets for CoM?

    There are players who have the same issue, they were all middle of the war and using their 15th golden ticket.  It somehow triggered the ban. 

    This should be corrected soon.
