Railroad Rumble - limited time event

Have you noticed? 200+ pink train event points for each train despatch. That is about 25 despatches to get the Parkside station. Difficult with one train, but pure happines with five or more trains.  I love it! 

I did not have that station yet. But I wonder, the maximum number of the Parkside Station seems to be just one. Do the people who already had Parkside Station get the second one when they reach the last tier?
