@ASAP1717 - That does seem a little off that your rewards came up and then expired when you weren't in the game... I'm not sure if there's anything they can do, but it might be worth filing a support request to see if you can get them back. No guarantees - but if I were you, I'd give it a try.

    It happened to me too.  I usually hold off collecting stuff as long as possible but didn't know they'd just disappear into thin air if I didn't.  I was expecting to wake up with massive overloaded storage and to my horror didn't.

    I've just complained to Sim City about it myself.
