@MajorMike00007 I have got many personal e mails from the support where they tell that they can see why I'm reporting and it should be taken care right away but they can only direct it to EA.

Things are only going to worse every day! Wish I knew what hackers are getting out of this. On the other hand it wouldn't be too hard to make algorithm to autoban people who use only sb and mag or make more points in com then possible but it would hurt the EAs profit as now honest people are trying to compete and paying as they do so.

I'm just curious where are the lawsuits against EA from the players who have used lots of real money. I can give you screenshots and e mail conversations to back your case.

    @Penakyna Class action lawsuit. I’m in......spending real cash for a service that is NOT being delivered. I also play battlefield 5, which is now FULL of hackers.....I also pay for that....

    I can just confirm this problem still exists widespread in June 2021, and still hurts the fair gamers like me.

    It is ridiculous that EA did not do much about it in many years. I have been told by other gamers within the game that there is now some auto-ban algorithm in place, but clearly it is far from enough as I still get constantly cheaters in my contest of mayors.

    I do make print screens, report them, get some nice emails from support. And that is about it. Cheaters are still in the contest winning it, even in the next round week later, happily cheating and taking grand prize. It is really bad especially for fair gamers who spend money on game, that EA let their paying customers being robbed by not taking adequate measures in timely manners.

    Certainly the worst aspect of this otherwise beautiful game.
