If I were you, I would use the "Contact Us" button rather than posting this in the forum...I usually get a response from EA within 24 hours if I'm reporting something as serious as this. ***Please keep in mind that I'm trying to help without knowing any of you, your level of play, or how long you've been playing. I just am trying to make myself understood, by you and/or anyone else reading this: Step 1 in the Omega process is to put sim-coins into the Omega Lab. You only get credit for producing and collecting when you pick up from the Omega Lab. You won't get credit for vials you already have stored at the Research Center, nor will you get credit when you collect Omega Items at the Research Center, only when you pick the vial up from the Omega Lab.
