They may have not collected their last 3 milestones, as in totally.

For example:

17k or so war points to complete the milestone, from start to finish - you don't need to collect all the steps of the milestone, until the very end of COM - if you get what I mean?

21 Gold keys completely finishes the earn gold keys one...

Earn coins...same idea.

It's a tactic I've used myself now and again 🤣  (only cos I've had it done to me)

Plus it's double points week, they could have a few tasks ready to go 123 style.

People are too quick to be judge and jury these days just because they don't have a bit of gaming savvy about them! 

These things come with experience 🤣 

OR

They could be cheats but they normally shoot to the top early on in COM so who knows these days!
