If you go to settings, usage, simcity and press Delete app and saved data.
You will be able to reinstall the game and create a new city.
Be carfull when sign in to gamecenter to not load the old game, just press no when it ask you to.
I'm still figuring out how to sync a new game with other devices since i can't find a way to save the new game to the cloud.
Nope. Went to iOS settings. No usage option. Went to game settings. No usage options. I used to just delete the app, download it again and when opening could create a new city. Now, it just loads the old city.. I have been trying for weeks to start a new city. Lot of googling, lots of suggestions. No luck. I’m about to give up and search for another game. Shame because I got pretty good at this and really enjoy it during down time.
