Unfortunately, this reminds me of the real life issues when the good and honest players like us work hard, try hard without cheating and we get hassled and crucified for it if we try to complain when the cheaters/hackers get their prizes, money all in the name of criminals get away with it because yes they are just like criminals. good luck @Lorkilaya to get your prize.

They are just saying that 'We checked Simoleons and Plat keys, and we give them to your account '. When I told them I can not see them on my account ( on the top of the screen, on the resources menu ) They are just saying that 'We checked Simoleons and Plat keys, and they are in your account. You might convert them to the Simoleons '... (facepalm) It's kinda a joke. If I don't take my rewards, I will use cheats too. Coz I want to take what I earned... And That's what they got for that attitude... Ea games (Fifa, Nba etc.... ) never. I won't spend single £ for ea games anymore... I'm done with this company
