EDIT: the next day I purposely aimed for Silver Epic Project (level 55 city). Since I was stopping at 80 points, I ignored the expensive tasks near the end. The total cost of the 27 x 3 point tasks = 34,580

I just got my low level City to level 24 and I immediately started an Epic Project.
Note that I did already stock up for this, and did have to buy a few items such as corn and bread rolls.
No speed-up tokens were used during this project.
City Level: 24
Storage: 290
Specialization: Transportation
Buildings: 2 x 3 tokens (Heliports), 1 x 1 token (Department of Transportation.
I managed to get to Silver in 27 minutes, I don't have enough Simoleons to go for gold just yet.
I was surprised that it cost me 35,640 Simoleons to obtain this. Given that I didn't have many buildings to use, I was forced to do every task that came my way.
