I'm having the exact same problem. First the game was crashing my phone randomly where it would turn off and require me to remove the battery for at least 10 seconds before it would start up again. Then I had it keep displaying "server time out" followed by "login id:0".
After uninstalling the game and reinstalling, my progress is gone. I spent real money in the game early on...so this is very disappointing. I contacted support and based on my problem it requires a technical expert, who will get back to me soon. If you go to the help section for this game it says support wait times are longer than usual. I'm guessing many people are having problems and it will be resolved in due time.
