I was directed here from the SimCity Facebook page to report another issue with the game. Where do I find the help desk?

To reach the help desk, go to the in-game tools icon (upper left) -> help -> either “report player” or “contact us”. You’ll need your player ID, which is at the bottom of the Help/FAQ box.
