I guess my first question would be to ask why you are shouting at other players? Although created by EA, this is a forum for players to assist other players -- we don't work for EA and we didn't have anything to do with the design of the game -- so shouting (i.e. using all CAPS) is like yelling at the neighbor because you keep getting stuck at a long traffic light, even though your neighbor doesn't work for the street department!
Two hammers: Takes a total of two metal and two wood, which take all of three minutes to make if you do them at the same time. The hammers take 14 minutes each in the Hardware store, and have to be made sequentially. That's a total of 31 minutes. So that makes me wonder where "two hours" came from? Was this how long you spent looking in the Global HQ to find them? I rarely see Hardware Store items there, but that didn't stop me from looking from time to time earlier in my play either.
A good long-term strategy for this game is to always keep a few nails, hammers, shovels, etc. in your inventory so that when you need them, you don't have to wait for them to be made, nor will you have to search for these items in the global HQ. Good luck.
