Hi, I'm in the Green Valley Region, upgrading "green valley buildings", but it doesn't count toward the task.
I've upgraded 3 now and nothing counts. Dropping it, bugged. Might want to look into this, looks like it's been happening for quite some time.

@Rebmes If it's as you described take contact to EA inside the game. settings - help - contact or somewhere from settings.

It doesn't matter in which area one is building only the building matters. You can build green valley zones in every city and it counts for Com tasks. If it's not working like that you have some error.

So check the building type still once and after you see it's the correct one and no points coming, contact ea inside the game.

Thank you, you're right, there was an error. One of my Green Valley zones was a Latin American zone after all. Just couldn't tell until that one perked up for an upgrade again >.<
