Re: I am not able to accept or decline a city requesting to join my club on SimCity

I had this issue myself and learned that the city had applied to at least one other club at the same time. I always visit a city to evaluate their progress in the game before I accept or reject and I got there too late. Visit the applying city and see if they are not already in another club.
