Yes, you and @hotdog9wiki are both correct:
War Card Max has increased to 20. (A while ago now.)
Zielak7 was more concerned that this thread was implying that players would have more "free space" in their Storage if they increased storage by adding Regions. I do understand their point. Adding Regions (+20 slots each) really doesn't give you any extra storage room, as each Region requires the production and storage of more items. For some players (depending on how they play the game), NOT unlocking Regions may be the best option as we can now gain Bonus Storage Slots in Mayor's Pass and no additional Regional items would need to be produced or stored.
