@never2old2game FYI: Samsung just issued an OS update for a lot if its  devices. Many others may have done the same. 

Full message: "Hello, Mayor!
Something truly epic awaits! To again access to new buildings, connect to the internet and restart the game to download the missing content!" and Quit button.

Game Reinstaling or Updates doesn't help, the new city opens normally, but when I download the old city, it doesn't open anymore. It is only possible to open the old city when I enter the game with another phone with the same account at the same time. After that, it is possible to play, but after going out and coming back again, he makes the same error again ...

@DarVa1983  If you haven’t already you may wish to contact technical support through the in game help section and report your issue. One of our club members had a similar situation a few months back and they were able to recover her city. Good luck.

@DarVa1983 - What type of mobile device and OS are you using? Did you try updating your OS and store app as recommended in earlier posts? For instance, if you're using an Android cell phone, make sure your Android system and Google Play store are updated. If it's an iOS phone or tablet, make sure the iOS & App Store are at the most current version. Then go to the SCBI app and update directly from the store. After getting everything updated, restart the device before you try to open the game.

Also make sure you have enough free space on your device; it's recommended to have at least 10% of your storage space available for best gaming experience.
