@Ellijaygal  When I am asked to earn Fin simoleons at the Export HQ, for CoM, its usually for about 2,350 Fin simoleons or thereabouts. I usually have to complete about 9 rows or 3 trucks. These tasks aren't always easy to complete and I always have to use simcash to pay for early arrival of the next truck.

I would recommend becoming an active member in a trading/social club in order to fill orders faster, and watching video ads and participating in wars to earn simcash. You can also occasionally get a gift of simcash when "gift collecting" at others' cities.
