hi are those streetcars can be used for transportation like the buses that actually boost the population or dont give nothing but scenery?

- They are just road upgrades more for scenery for me at the moment (don't have anything else to spend my simoleons on right now) and don't do anything to boost population, but as your population increases the road upgrades will eventually be a 'need to be upgraded' to that level, I'm sure, in highly populated areas, just as you have to do currently with 2 lane roads etc.
