Re: Samsung A71 - Server connection was not successful

I also have the Samsung A71 and I receive the exact same error message. I have reinstalled the game multiple times and signed into my WiFi again and tried using mobile data, and restarting my phone. I tried contacting ea but they couldn't help. Please let me know if there's a solution.

    @georgeos100 - Connection issues can be really tough to troubleshoot. Since you've already tried reinstalling and using a different connection, as @never2old2game suggested, I would check to be certain your phone isn't running any updates in the background. If you have auto-updates turned on for your apps and OS systems, these can clog up your data line and cause connection issues for your phone, too. Close any background apps that may be running; restart your phone to clear cache after an uninstall/reinstall of the game.

    Another possibility is data storage on your device. If you have unnecessary apps or photos / videos in storage, uninstall, move or delete them.     @janam_182 @DanSonofHim - If the issue was identified by the devs, then we can probably assume that it will take a patch to fix it in game. If you haven't already done so, please file a report with tech support & include all the details you can. Make sure you tell them you have a Samsung A71 and screenshots of errors are always helpful. The more reports they get, the better for their troubleshooting. And, hopefully, if you're on the list of players with the problem, you will also be notified when they have a fix or workaround.

    @BlackjackWidowyeah bro,i emailed them,haven't got back to me yet...seriously its getting more annoying,every 2 mins it shows server network error...it completely destroyed my gaming experience on current tots event.now i started feeling it has to do with the phone..my phone internet is absolutely good,fast on any other app..its only fifa app,showing this type of network error.Samsung galaxy a71 is pretty new phone frm Samsung company,better gaming software..but im thinking weirdly it has a problem with fifa app.
