@Penakyna are you sure they were banned? It's unlikely that they can recreate all buildings ranks cards...so fast, without being banned again.

@lesorsierThey operate in two top clubs at the same time so not 100% but there was two players another lvl 99but all else at 1 with 10k population. Then it went back to 25 and the same players had different stats.

Now it's again the same. I have screenshots that shows players with same names having now lvl99,10k pops, all else at 1 and soon their stats change again.

What do you think on those facts? I'm certainly not sure about anything when it comes to this game.
Edit. I didn't knew their another club last time. There's players who have avg million points.

They don't build anything and do not destroy anything also. It's xp hack. Just to unlock all segments of the game.

They spread in several different clubs right after the war,.. change names sometimes...

Thats why is important to have city ID public... it is the only real identifier.
